Shipping & Delivery

Most of Exquisite by Oksana pieces are made to order. Each piece is individually handmade here in Los Angeles, and because of this may take up to three weeks to ship.

Shipment time will reflect your chosen shipment rate. Items will be shipped upon your selection of shipment rate at checkout:  

Your order will be shipped with tracking and insurance coverage based of the value of each piece. Standard Shipping including production time of your item (up to three weeks)

Rush Shipping including production time of your item (up to two weeks)

Priority Rush Shipping including production time of your item (guaranteed ship within 10 days if not sooner)

For international shipping, customers are responsible for all tax/duties that are required when going through customs. Your order will ship once the invoice is fulfilled.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you need to place a special order or custom design by a specific date please contact sales@exquisitebyoksana.com before you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. It is our priority to provide the best experience and exceptional customer services to our clients.

Exquisite by Oksana is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If an issue occurs due to delivery services mishandling the package please contact us and we will help you to resolve the issue.
