Refund Policy
Because all pieces are made to order, refunds and returns are NOT accepted unless the item is damaged or there was a mistake on our part.
In the event your order arrived damaged please contact us within 14 days to have this issue resolved. If the item was damaged or misused by the client we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return. We do cover repairs up to a month after receipt of your order, and after that will charge our cost depending on the type of repair needed.
Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to modify your order.
